Experiential Process Group Training for Therapists

Deepen your group facilitation skills by participating in a live, experiential process group designed specifically for clinicians.

Why experiential group training?

Reading about group therapy is helpful.

Watching others lead groups is helpful.

But participating in a process group yourself is one of the most powerful ways to learn how groups actually work.

Experiential training helps you:

  • Understand “here-and-now” group dynamics firsthand

  • Increase confidence facilitating process groups

  • Recognize stages of group development in real time

  • Experience interventions from a participant perspective

  • Build comfort with emotional presence and group leadership

  • Grow your identity as a group facilitator

This training is designed to support therapists at all levels of group experience — whether you are new to groups or looking to deepen your skills.

We offer this group one to two times a year.
